As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for servicing customers’ lawns and providing accurate lawn analyses, while offering amazing customer service. This is a great opportunity for those looking to expand their technical skill set while working outdoors, with no experience required!

Responsibilities 

• Training and coaching team members to maximize team efforts
• Cleanliness and equipment maintenance
• Focus on customer retention
• Leading a marketing team over winter months door-to-door
• Comprehension of mixing and loading products
• Ability to work with and communicate with the Branch Manager to ensure proper protocols are being followed and addressed if necessary
• Applying fertilizer, treating weeds and performing other professional applications
• Accurately measuring lawns, providing lawn care quotes
• Completing lawn analyses and making service recommendations
• Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the-line service

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills 

• Advanced problem-solving skills

• Proven time management

• Willing to become certified to apply pesticides

• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds

• Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time

• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment

• Valid driver’s license

• Must have clean driving record and pass drug test

Education 

• High school education
